The status quo is a government run website which is written in complex medical jargon that is impossible for most people to navigate.
At the same time, clinical trials are the bottleneck on medical innovation—new medicine takes almost 10 years to test and over 86% of all clinical trials are delayed because they can't find enough patients. This is one of the biggest problems facing the life science industry.
Power is the easiest way for patients to access promising new studies. Thus helping more patients find treatments and speeding up the progress of medical research as we go.
We're building our foundational team as we grow and expand our customer base rapidly, and we are looking for a strategy and operations expert to jump right in to keep moving the ball down the court while starting to build out the infrastructure of a highly-performing, long-term Ops org.
We are looking for someone who is willing to jump into the weeds and get his or her hands dirty on Day 1, who is excited to spend significant time speaking with and working with our customers directly, and who is capable of building the plane while we fly it, building out the tools and processes we need to maintain a winning (and scalable) ops team.
You'll have an immediate and direct influence on the growth of the business and quickly become a foundational expert on the team by working so closely with our core customers on a daily basis, and this is a person we will look to regularly to help shape the strategic priorities and core needs for this crucial side of our marketplace.
